

Age 78, passed away in Glendale, AZ on August 25, 2010. He courageously lost his 2 month battle with cancer and died peacefully surrounded by family and friends. Tony was born on January 22, 1932 in Glendale, Arizona. He proudly served the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Tony enjoyed coaching Little League with his sons. He had many hobbies including; woodworking, gardening and traveling. Most of all his greatest pleasure was helping his family, friends and neighbors. His generosity has touched the lives of many through his woodworking skills. Tony created wood carved angels, Jesus signs and
birdhouses. His tokens of love are now displayed in many households. Tony is preceded in death by his parents; Ignacio and Maria Luisa Valenzuela; 3 brothers, Frank, Manuel and Ignacio (Prieto). Sister, Rita Carroll. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years; Frances, his sons; Tony (Stacey), Rick (Angie), Gary, Andy. Sister; Mary Lou Yamamoto. Eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM, Monday, August 30 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 5614 West Orangewood Ave., with Rosary at 7 PM. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM, Tuesday, August 31 at Our Lady of Per-
