Armando is survived by his father Manuel Mena and his mother Lydia Mena; his wife Maria "Lolis" Mena; his two children Aurora Jaqueline "Jacky" Nevarez Mena and Omar Armando Mena; his three grandchildren Marisol Noemi Mena, Armando Omar Mena, and Yaremi Victoria Mena; and his siblings German Mena, Hector Ramon Mena, Judith (Mena) Rodriguez, Diana Mena, Alejandra Mena, and Jose E. Mena.
A visitation will be held on February 21, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at West Resthaven Funeral Home, located at 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.
The funeral service will follow on the same day, February 21, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the same location.
