A visitation for Ban will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85301. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church, 2915 West Northern Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85051.
Ban will be laid to rest in Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona.
