WE cannot thank God enough for Carol--her heart for Him and for children who struggle to learn. God mightily used her while we were missionaries in Brasil to come and personally teach our youngest daughter. Her gift of teaching was greatly used by our Heavenly Father. We wanted to visit her in Arizona, but missed that chance. We KNOW we will be worshiping around the throne with her!!! Love, Joan, Terry, Jen, Kim (Read Smith) and Dan Read

Happy memories of Carol and Dad in Sun City. They shared so much happiness even after Dad's heart surgery at age 88. She was a wonderful role model for us . Great energy and Christian commitment.

She was our family friend. Loved and admired her. So many fun memories with her. Plan to meet her again someday.

We have so many good memories of your time spent at Mount Hope. Your parents started the PAL Club and invested greatly in the youth. Both Merlin and I were recipients of those investments. They pushed us to always do our best and encouraged us in the process. After we married, we fondly remember all the visits down through the years. We would love to join you for the memorial service, but since that's not possible, know that we will be there in spirit. May you sense His presence during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
