A funeral service for Carole will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 North 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
