Caroline C. Ripley

Ripley, Caroline C. was born to Peter and Katherine Evezich, in Lockport, Il on Dec. 10, 1925. She joined her husband, Clair Ripley, in our heavenly Father's home on April 30, 2014. Caroline lived her early years in Illinois and met the love of her life in Waukegan, Il. They were married on Oct. 15, 1955. They had two daughters and lived in Waukegan until March of 1969. They moved the family to Phoenix, AZ and lived in Arizona until their passings. Caroline loved singing, dancing and playing sports. During her later years, she loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also very active in her church; St. Raphael's Catholic Church in Glendale, AZ. The past year, Caroline lived at Granite Gate Senior Living in Prescott, AZ and passed there. She is survived by her daughters, Katherine Hooker and Susan Small, son-in-law David, her grandchildren Ashley Barnhart (Cody), Dustin Gurley (Samantha) and Carson Carpenter, and 3 great-grandchildren; Ki, Jackson and Mia. Caroline was the youngest of three siblings and is survived by her sister Josephine Brewer of Glendale, AZ. Her sister Frances Mozek passed away in 2013. Visitation will be held at Green Acres Glendale Mortuary 5830 W Missouri Ave Glendale, AZ 85301 on Monday May 5th from 5-8pm, with a Rosary Service at 7pm. A graveside service will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd Phoenix, AZ 85024 on Tuesday May 6th at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Paget's Foundation would be appreciated. Caroline will be missed, but is now in the company of her loving husband, Clair and all her family members that have passed before her.
