Catherine Eileen Brubaker

Cathy, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours on November 23, 2013. She was 84 years old, born, in Mark Center, Ohio, on January 31, 1929 to Harley and Pauline Hart. She was married to Pat Brubaker on January 8, 1955 and together they raised their kids in Arizona. Cathy worked all her life and spent many years working as a bookkeeper but her favorite occupation was her family. Cathy loved growing roses, and some would say she had a green thumb. Everywhere she went, she had many friends and a large family that she loved to entertain. Cathy was the ultimate sports fan and especially enjoyed the Phoenix Suns and Al McCoy. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Cathy is survived by her husband Pat; sons, Michael Brubaker, Mesa, AZ, and Monte Brubaker (Wilma), Holland, MA, and daughter, Jeanne Kronenberg (Rob) Peoria, AZ; grandchildren, Jennifer Power (Dave), Roger Lundberg (Amy), Pam Harris, Tammy Lomme (Matt); and 10 great-grandchildren. Services will take place on Tuesday December 3, 2013 at 2:00 in the afternoon, with a viewing beginning at 12:00 located at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ. 623-937-9297
