Following a courageous battle with cancer, Charles (Chuck) Albert Hawkins, Jr. passed away on June 20, 2014. He was a devoted father, beloved son, brother, and friend. Although we will miss him every day, he will remain with us, always in our hearts.
Chuck is survived by his three children; his daughter, Charlie Hawkins, his two sons, Josey Hawkins and Wyatt Hawkins, his mother and father, Barbara Hawkins and Charles Hawkins, Sr., his sister, Shannon Hawkins, his brother Dan Hawkins, his sister-in-law, Natasha Hawkins, and a large family of numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The service and internment for Chuck will be held on June 26, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., at West Resthaven Funeral Home, located at 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona, 85301. The memorial service is to follow at 12:00 p.m., at First United Methodist Church, located at 5510 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85012. Chuck’s family wishes to express their gratitude to everyone for sharing in the blessing of his life.
