He was born in New Concord, Ohio on April 2, 1931 to the late Raymond and Cora St. Clair.
Charles married Dorothy Randoloph on November 15, 1952; they have shared almost 70 years of marriage.
He started Plaza del Sol Cleaners working until his retirement in 1995. Charles’ son Randy took over the business for him.
He is survived by his loving wife Dorothy, three children Lynda Waddell, Vickie Magnuson, & Randy (Beth) St. Clair, sister Ruth Macklin, three grandchildren Christopher Waddell, Lyndsey Bucklin & Melissa Mensing, and five great grandchildren Cole Austin, Gage Austin, Abigail Mensing, Jackson Mensing & Noah Mensing.
In addition to his parents, two brothers Ralph & Louis St. Clair and son-in-law Stan Waddell preceded Charles in death.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, January 31, 2022 from 12-1PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. Funeral services will begin at 1PM. Burial will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
