Charlotte Louise Reynolds passed away at age 89 on December 24 after a long battle with dementia. Charlotte was born in Indianapolis in 1931 and moved to Arizona in 1961. Her husband, Chester, a construction worker, was looking for warm weather away from the cold Indiana winters.
Charlotte raised four children at home and when they were older, took a job at Motorola where she worked for 15years, retiring in 1973. She was a proud grandmother of 11, 29 great-grandchildren, and 4 great great-grandchildren.Her four children survive her (Cynthia Diggelmann, Claudia (Ed) Breunig, Carmel (Chuck) Greenfield, Chester (Pat) Reynolds).
She is in heaven now dancing to Hang on Sloopy, her favorite song.
She will be buried next to Chester at Resthaven Cemetery, 6450 West Northern Avenue, in a private gravesite service on Monday, January 4 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley (www.hov.org).
