Chase was a radiant spirit, known for his kindness, laughter, and the light he brought to everyone around him.
Born on November 11, 2004 in Glendale, AZ, he filled our lives with joy and warmth. He had an innate ability to lift others' spirits, making even the darkest days feel brighter.
Chase was not only a cherished son but also a beloved grandson, nephew, and cousin. He also shared an extraordinary bond with his lifelong friend, Erick Munguia, who he considered a brother, as they grew up together, creating memories that will forever be treasured.
Chase spent his youth playing soccer and football that his dad coached while his mother cheered on from the sidelines. He often spent his time with his beloved dogs Chopper, Marley, and Bella. He was always active even when he wasn't playing sports and could often be found at the jump park, playing with friends, video games, swimming, and spending time out or with his family. His creativity shone through in every card, gift, and heartfelt gesture he created. He leaves behind countless memories that we will carry forward as we navigate this profound loss.
A visitation will be held on Friday April 17, 2026 from 5 to 8 pm at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ 85301. We invite family and friends to join us as we say goodbye and share memories of the remarkable young man he was.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Boys and Girls club of Greater Scottsdale Hartley: Ruth Barkers Branch, where Chase spent his youth and teenage years playing and mentoring younger children. This donation will show the embodiment of Chase's spirit of kindness and generosity. Donations can be made through this link: https://bgcs.org/hartley-and-ruth-barker-branch/
Though Chase is now in heaven, we find solace in knowing that he is at peace with God, and his light will forever shine in our hearts. We love you, Chase, and this is not goodbye, but a "for now" until we meet again.
