65 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016. David was born in Phoenix, Arizona March 15, 1951. David is survived by his wife of 24 years, Alice Moreno, his sister, Eva, brothers, Gilbert (Mary) and Richard (girlfriend, Margaret), sister-in-law, Jeannie, step sons, Louie, Jason and Mark and nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, June 3rd at Resthaven Park Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ from 10am – 11:30am, Rosary at 11:30 am followed by burial at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
