David was born and raised in Michigan and moved to Arizona in 1981.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Thyra.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Gerry, his children, Tiffany, Vanessa (Andrew), Marcus (Michelle), Todd (Dena), and David (Miranda) and his 8 grandchildren, Jonathan, Kadence, Maxim, Penny, Abby, Anna, Skye and Olivia as well as his brother Doug and sister Diane and many friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave Glendale AZ 85301 at 9AM with an open viewing at 8AM.
