Della A. Cuevas

Della married Arnold Cuevas on July 23, 1954; they shared over 69 years of marriage.

She started working for First National Bank of Arizona as a new account representative. Over the next 25 plus years, the bank changed names and Della held different roles, ultimately retiring at age 55 from Wells Fargo Bank as a manager and vice president.

She is survived by her loving husband Arnold, three children Joe Cuevas, Debbie (Bobby) Chacon & Sandra (Jess) Perez, sister Cruz Gomez, brother Richard Ontiveros, seven grandchildren Dustin Reed, Stephanie Waldron, Artie Garcia, Ashley Moore, Drew Reed, Randi Cuevas & Kristin Compton and ten great grandchildren Reese Waldron, Carson Garcia, Makayla Moore, Cooper Waldron, Mason Garcia, Spencer Mazzei, Sawyer Mazzei, Leo-Drew Reed, Sam Reed and Sailor Mazzei.

In addition to her parents Della was preceded in death by two brothers Lawrence Apodaca and Allen Apodaca.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass on Monday, December 11, 2023 at St. Thomas Moore Church, 6180 W. Utopia Road, Glendale beginning at 10:30AM. Placement of her ashes will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale.
