Dora married Gilbert Valencia on February 12, 1971; they celebrated 51 years of marriage this year.
Dora was a faithful woman who loved the Lord and her family. She was well-known for her kind and generous nature.
Dora is survived by her husband Gilbert, four sons Gilbert Jr., Billy, Richard (Lindsey) & Marty, six grandchildren Billy Jr., Monique, Iverson, Gabriel, Sydney & Leo, great grandson Miles, and two siblings Mercy Montiel & Alfonso Mireles Jr.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by nine siblings.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Sunday, December 11, 2022, from 5-7 PM with a rosary at 6 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 12, 2022, at 10 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 5614 W. Orangewood Avenue, Glendale. Burial will follow in Resthaven Park Cemetery.
