Doug graduated from Moon Valley High School in 1981. After graduating he joined the Air Force. In 1986 he returned to Phoenix and had two sons Ryan and Justin. He started working with Loomis Armored Services, Money Management, Swift Transportation and Fairchild Freight in Accounts.
Doug was very active playing Soccer and enjoyed camping and fishing with his Dad. He was also a member of the Freemasons. He was an avid Montreal Canadiens and Seattle Seahawks fan.
He is survived by his loving wife Nora, mother Karen, his children Ryan, Justin(Gabi), Nora, Stefany,Mark, and Alex, his sisters Theresa and Katrina, and many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father Frank and nephew Spencer.
Douglas will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A Funeral Service will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, US, on May 18, 2026, at 12:00 pm. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 pm at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
