64, of Glendale, passed peacefully with his daughters by his side on August 25th, 2012. EdRoy was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa on April 17th, 1948 and graduated from Prairie Community High School in 1966 where he played football and made all-state. Shortly after, he moved to the valley where he started his career as the "best plumber in the west," for the past 33+ years. Ed enjoyed sprint car racing, the outdoors, traveling, playing practical jokes, and most of all spending time with family, especially his grandkids that were the apples of his eyes. He will be deeply missed by his daughters, Tiffany (Miguel) and Julie (Danny); grandkids Alex, Lily, Daisy, and Cassandra; along with his siblings, nieces, nephews, and other family, friends, and clients. A visitation will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale AZ 85301 on August 31st, 2012 from 6-9pm. A funeral service is scheduled on September 1st, 2012 at 10am at West Resthaven Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery (Glendale).
