He was born on January 28, 1929 in Hondo, Texas to the late Roberto Ramirez and Aurora Salinas.
Elias worked for the City of Youngtown water department from 1954 - 1991.
His wife Estella, preceded him in death in 1991.
Elias is survived by three children Kathy Pantoja, Jesse Ramirez & Sandra Torres, two stepsons Frank & Alex Rojo, 16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter and ex-wife Josephine Madrid.
In addition to his parents and wife, his daughter Rachel Lee and his only brother, Rudy Ramirez, preceded him in death.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 10AM at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale.
