Elizabeth Ellen Angulo, 44 years old, on October 1, 2014 lost her battle with cancer and rejoiced with her Heavenly Father. She was born in Belleville, IL on August 8, 1970. Beth graduated from Peoria High School, and received her Bachelor's degree with honors from ASU. She worked in the Peoria Unified School District for over 20 years serving special needs children. She loved and was loved by all that met her. She is survived by her mother, father, and sister; Shirley, Don, and Cynthia Parker. Remaining in her close-knit family is her husband of 18 years, Ignacio and her daughters, Emily, Gabrielle, Zoe, and Lily Angulo. Through it all our Mom was the strongest fighter and loved God with all her being.
The celebration of her life will be held Monday, October 6th at 11am, at Christ's Church of the Valley.
