Voss, Elizabeth (Betsy) Ann 56, resident of Phoenix, AZ passed away January 17, 2016. She was born in Oak Park, Illinois on January 18, 1959. She is the daughter of Edward Jack Voss and Linda M. Voss. Betsy is survived by her sister Susan Bolts and brother Stephen M. Voss. Betsy peacefully passed away in Arizona Mentor group home where she happily lived for many years. Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 30, at 5:00p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Avenue in Glendale, AZ. Visitation will be held one hour prior.
