She was born in Holtville, California on February 29, 1928, to the late father Manuel and mother Paz Trujillo.
Eloisa married Gregorio Muñoz on October 5, 1945; they shared 36 years of marriage prior to his passing on October 17, 1981.
She worked for many years at the Beatitudes.
Eloisa is survived by two daughters Barbara M. Lara & Bernadette Muñoz, 16 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three children Clara Muñoz Lopez, Manuel Muñoz & Greg Muñoz, granddaughter Rosalie Muñoz, great-grandson Enrique Lara, III, and great-great-granddaughter Stephanie Muñoz.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, from 4-8 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. Funeral services will be Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 9 AM. Burial will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
