She is survived by six children Mary (Ruben) Soto, Mark (Elizabeth) Garcia, Robert (Maria) Navarrete, Arnez Muniz, Destinie Ortiz, and Veronica Muniz, eight siblings Rosa, Cruz, Virginia, Angie, Cecilia, Frank, Victor and Edward, 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Frances’ son Frank Garcia, and sister Matilda Ortiz preceded her in death.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Friday, July 19, 2024, beginning at 6 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale.
