Frank Otero Gonzalez, 86 of Peoria, Arizona, passed away November 25, 2014. He was born August 23, 1928 in New York City to Tony and Lally Gonzalez. Frank was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his sons Tony and Ronald; his nieces Renee, Jessica, and Melinda; as well as his sisters Juanita and Gloria. Private services have been held.
