Frederick C. Taylor passed away on January 27, 2024. He was born in Lockport, New York on November 2, 1934 to the late Frederick and Alice Taylor. Fred served with the United States Navy during the Korean War. He married JoAnne White on May 6, 1962; they have shared almost 64 years of marriage. Fred retired from the FBI after over 35 years of service. Fred and JoAnne had one son Michael F. Taylor who passed away on March 21, 1983. Fred’s brother James also preceded him in death. There will be a service of remembrance and reception on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 10AM at Garden Ridge Senior Living, 18170 N. 91st Avenue, Peoria in the living room. He will be laid to rest with Michael in a private ceremony at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
