Frieda Ruth Nathan

Born in Seattle, WA May 20, 1944 – Passed on July 16, 2026, Peoria, AZ

Parents - Harold and Mildred Bjornson. Siblings – Raymond, David and Mary

Frieda lived most of her adult life in Santa Clara, CA where she enjoyed working for the Santa Clara School District Office. She made several long-lasting friends through work, bible study and her community at First Presbyterian Church and later, Peninsula Bible Church. Frieda loved working in her garden, feeding the birds in her backyard, traveling in her RV to visit friends and family, bowling and baking cookies and apple pie. Frieda relocated to Arizona to be closer to her daughters as her health declined. Frieda is survived by her two daughters Kristine and Cheryl, and her four grandchildren, Auszuman, Taylor, Gracie and Tanner.

Frieda will be most remembered for her beautiful, generous, and kind heart. Her smile lit up a room, and her eyes expressed that inner love and care she had for those close to her. She was an active listener, attentive, and empathetic to all. Her deep faith in the lord grounded her, gave her peace, and a sense of calmness. She was an authentic, honest, and sincere person which made her a one-of-a-kind friend, mother and grandmother. She will be truly missed by all she touched in her path.
