Long-time friend and Glendale Church member George Bartos fell asleep in Jesus on April 8, 2025 ~ until He returns. A viewing will take place on Thursday, May 8, 6:00-8:00 PM, at the Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave. Glendale, AZ 85301. The Graveside Service and Fly Over by the Falcon Warbirds ~ in honor of George's service in the Air Force ~ will take place on Friday, May 9, 10:30 AM, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 2929 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, Phoenix AZ 85024. A Life Celebration Service will be held at the Glendale SDA Church on Sabbath, May 10, at 3:00 PM, in the Sanctuary. Everyone is invited to the Church for Worship Service at 11:10 and encouraged to bring a dish to share at the All-Church Potluck (1:00 PM) in the Gym immediately following the service. Please come out and support Dixie and the family with your love and friendship. We are sorrowful, but not as those who have no hope. Jesus is our hope, the Resurrection and the Life. ♥️
