She is survived by her husband of 40 yrs, Raymond Cook, her children, Victoria, Robert, Teresa, Lori, Doug, and Kristina, many many grandchildren, great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her daughter Jami.
A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories and life lessons that will never be forgotten.
