A native Phoenician, she was born on March 27, 1946 to Emilia Talavera and the late Ismael Talavera.
Gloria was loved by everyone she knew.
She is survived by her mother Emilia, five children Marcelino T. Hernandez, Albert T. Hernandez, Stella Hernandez, Alex R. Hernandez & Veronica Hernandez, six sisters Luisa, Henrietta, Linda, Mary, Martha & Yolanda and four brothers Henry, Tommy, Phillip & Benny. Gloria is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by two brothers Tony & Smiley.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, February 5, 2021 from 4-8PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. Funeral services will begin at 1PM on Saturday, February 6, 2021. Burial will follow in Resthaven Park Cemetery.
