Hazel Jeanette Lewis, (nee Miller) passed away peacefully on July 30, 2022 in her home in the presence of her two children Lynda Jeanette Lewis and Marvin Earl Lewis, Jr. and has since gone to be with her Lord Jesus Christ.
She passed at the age of 95 years, 10 months. She born on September 30, 1926 in Miami, Florida and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in her twenties where she met and married Marvin.
She is predeceased by her husband, Marvin Earl Lewis, with whom her body will share a resting place after 45 years of being a widow.
She will be lovingly remembered by her two children, eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren, and nieces, nephews, and friends and acquaintances.
A funeral service for Hazel will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 at 9:00 AM at West Resthaven Funeral Home (6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona). Following the funeral service will be an interment at 11:00 AM at Paradise Memorial Gardens (9300 East Shea Boulevard, Scottsdale, Arizona).
