Dwayne was a beloved son, brother, grandson, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his loving parents, Mayra and Hector, his sister Haily, and his grandparents, along with a large and caring extended family. Dwayne will be remembered for his generous heart, bright spirit, and the love he shared with those around him.

A visitation will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, located at 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona, on November 13, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at the same venue on November 14, 2025, starting at 11:00 am.
The committal service will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, also located at 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona, on November 14, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
