Visitation services will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, located at 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, on January 23, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and again on January 24, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church, 2915 W Northern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85051, on January 25, 2025 at 10:00 am, with a graveside service to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.
