Age 82, passed away on August 25, 2012. Jack was born on July 24, 1930 in Tunnelton, WV. He is survived by his companion, Evelyn Herschman; son, Robert West; daughters, Carol Haga and Margaret (Mickey) Landrum; sister, Anna Lou Wiles; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, and nieces. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 29 from 5-8 PM, at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, August 30 at West Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale.
