James L. Fetzer, 69, passed away February 2, 2011 surrounded by family and friends. Born May 18, 1941 in Fleming, CO. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Linda; children Christopher (Sheri), Mitzi (Brian) Condit; his five beloved grandchildren, Hannah, Ellinor, Madeline, Griffin and Avery; mother, Genevieve and brother, Gary. His father, Reinhold, preceded him in death. Jim was devoted to his family, a friend to many and stranger to none. Jim loved trout fishing, vintage VWs, traveling with Linda and enjoying the company of his many friends. A celebration of Jim’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 5, at West Resthaven Chapel, 6450 W. Northern Ave. in Glendale. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of the Valley. Arrangements under the direction of West Resthaven Funeral Home, Glendale, AZ.
