Jim was a great neighbor. He helped me from time to time after my Beloved Bernie liberated his soul from his physical body. One time, he drove me 50 minutes away to pick up a couple office chairs I had bought, and he refused to take money for gas. He had a big heart! 

Jim was my wonderful neighbor for over seven years.  He and my late husband Bernie used to spend time together. After Bernie died, Jim helped me on many occasions.  When I went out of town, he'd water my plants in the front and back of my yard. During his recent medical challenge we spoke from time to time. I offered to help if he needed and checked on him occasionally. Our last connection was when he took me across town to pick up some beautiful teal chairs. He was a quiet man, however, he had a heart of gold! He is missed! 

Dad, Thank you so much for the memories we shared together. Running the 1978 Fiesta Bowl Marathon together, hiking the Grand Canyon more than 10 times, flying in your Cessna, watching Neil Armstrong walk on the moon, letting me drive your 1979 Firebird off the car lot when you went to pick it up, teaching me how to fix things, buying my first skateboard and so much more! You will always be etched in my heart.
