James Michael Northcutt 58, passed away on October 18, 2014 at his home in Glendale, Arizona after an extended illness. He is survived by his wife, Donna, sons Joshua Parker, Bryan Parker (Heather), of Houston, Texas, brother Jason Northcutt of McMinnville, Tennessee, ste-daughter April (Sean) Kilgore of Surprise Arizona, step-son Brain Cursinberry of McMinnville, Tennessee, grandchildren Sean Kilgore, Nylah Kilgore, Aidan Kilgore all of Surprise, Arizona. Cheyanne Crusinberry of Glendale, Arizona and Brian Crusinberry Jr of McMinnville, Tennessee.
Visitation will be on Thursday, October 23, 2014 from 5pm to 8pm at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary 7924 N. 59th Avenue, Glendale, Arizona
