

Janet Catherine Inman of Phoenix, AZ passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 12th, 2014 at the age of 81. Janet was born in Westerville, Ohio and graduated from St Joseph Academy in Columbus, Ohio. Janet moved to Arizona in the early 1950s and had worked as an accountant for over 50 years until her retirement from Safeway. She was a long time member of ASWA (American Society of Women Accountants) and also volunteered years of her services to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistants. Janet was a devoted Catholic and parishioner of St Vincent De Paul church in Phoenix, Az. She loved reading and had a great love of history books. She was an avid fan of all sports, especially football and the Dallas Cowboys. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Hilda Maloney and her daughters Brenda and Susan Inman. She is survived by her daughters Catherine Hamilton and Rhonda Guerra. She is also survived by her brothers Jim and John Maloney and her sister Judy Wilson. She was the loving grandmother to 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was a beautiful soul, who will be greatly missed by her family, until we all meet again in our Father’s House." A funeral mass will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Thursday January 16 at 9:30 am located at 3140 N 51st Ave Phoenix, AZ 85031. Interment will follow at St. Francis Cemetery.
