Janice Click Spiczak
November 5, 1945 - February 25, 2015
Janice Spiczak 69, passed away on February 25, 2015 in Sun City, Arizona.
Janice was born in Kenton, Ohio on November 5, 1945. She is survived by her husband, Fred Spiczak, her daughter, Cheryl Clerc, her son Bill Smith, and stepsons Ron and Richard Spiczak. Janice was predeceased by Gary Smith - spouse and her parents Ellis and Pauline Click. Additional living family to include two sisters, a brother, nine nieces and nephews, ten grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Janice was the matriarch of a very large family and will be greatly missed.
Memorial service will be performed at Chapel of the Chimes, on Monday March 2, 2015 at 11 AM with a private burial service at a later date.
