Jason Mathew Wheeler passed away on April 16, 2013 at the age of 38. He is missed by his wife Amy, four year old son Jack, his parents, siblings, an abundant loving family and dear friends. Jason was a proud and dedicated long time Costco employee. He passed away after fighting brain cancer for almost five years at home with his wife and family by his side. He will always be remembered by his strong will, huge heart, and amazing outlook on life. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 18th from 5-8 PM with services held Friday April 19th at 1:30 PM, both at West Resthaven Funeral Home at 6450 West Northern Avenue. Grave site services will follow at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary. Flowers will be received at West Resthaven. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley.
