A Prayer for My Mom in Heaven
Heavenly Father,
Today my heart is heavy as I remember my precious mom.
It’s been so hard without her, and I miss her more than words can say.
Thank You for the gift of her life—for her love, her laughter, her strength, and all the ways she shaped who I am.
Lord, comfort me in this grief. Wrap me in Your peace when the ache feels too deep.
Remind me that she is safe with You, in perfect peace, free from pain and sorrow.
Help me hold on to the hope of Heaven—the promise that one day, I’ll see her again.
Until then, let her memory be a blessing and her legacy live on through me.
Thank You for walking with me through this season of loss. I know You are close to the brokenhearted, and today I feel You near.

As I wake up this morning, I’m reminded that you are no longer here with us.
On this day, one year ago, you went home to be with the Lord.
Mom, I miss you terribly—more than words could ever express.
I've been so lost without you. Life just hasn’t been the same.
I still find myself reaching for the phone to call you, longing for your voice, your advice, your love.
Your memory lives on in my heart every single day.
I carry your strength, your kindness, and everything you taught me.
Until we meet again, I’ll hold you close in spirit.

Dear Mother-in- Law,

Thanksgiving and Christmas came and went now it's January 28th your Birthday. Today we would have been hounding you to pick a restaurant so we can all get together and have dinner, share laughs and gossip about everything and everyone,( nothing like traditions). I miss being able to call you to see if you've caught up on the latest news ( Oh by the way Trump won, but Im sure you knew that already). So much is happening and your no longer a phone call away this brings me to tears every time I think about it. it's still very surreal your not here with us, you brought the life and the party you were definitely the one woman show for every holiday and birthday everyone felt your love. I hope you know how much I truly love and miss you.

Happy Birthday Grandma. I wish I could tell you this over the phone. I miss you and I wish you were here to tell you how everything is going. But I’m sure you already know. I saw the trailer to the new Mission Impossible and wish that we’re watching it together. While I wish you were here, I’m reminded that you’re with the Lord and you no longer have to feel pain. This is only temporary. I’ll see you soon. Love Jordan

Happy Birthday Grandma, 

Today I wish you were here so we can celebrate and spend the day without. Yet I know that we can still do that even if you aren't here. In these moments, I remember, all that you have taught me, things you have done to make me happy, and laugh. When things felt overwhelming, you were there to be a sound board and help me calm down or just let me vent, just like I would be a white wall for you to sound off and vent. You were a rock for this family with your knowledge, love, and experiences. I miss you so much on this day, and everyday yet I feel you are there still with me and everyone else. 

Happy birthday grandma, hope you are at peace, and happy to enjoy this day in spirit. Know that we miss you, we love you, and we still will have that birthday drink just for you and smile. You are forever in my heart. Thank you for every smile, laugh, lesson, hug, kiss, and encouragement you given us over the time.  I miss you, and I love you.

Happy Birthday, Mom. I wish more than anything that I could be with you today to celebrate the incredible person you were. Even though you’re no longer physically here, I feel your presence in everything I do. Every lesson you taught me, every moment we shared, and all the love you gave continue to shape who I am.

I remember your laughter, the way you made everything feel better, and how you always knew just what to say when I needed it most. You were my rock, my guide, and my best friend. Losing you has left an emptiness I can’t quite explain, but I hold on tightly to the memories and the love that will never fade.

On your birthday, I just want to tell you how deeply I miss you. I hope you’re at peace, surrounded by the same love and warmth you gave to everyone who knew you. I’ll keep you in my heart, today and always. Thank you for being the most amazing mom. I love you

Words cannot describe how much of a wonderful grandmother you have been and always will be. From making sure we had everything we needed, to making sure we understood life and what happens as we get older. Not one second being with you wasn't without a lesson or without guidance. You were one with having 5 minuets of a pity party, but you never stayed in it, you got up and went back to the grind. Walking with you through the hard times, the sad times, and those happy fleeting moments have been a blessing and one of the best ones. I will never let go and always will cherish the little things, from finishing to each others sentences, to making smart jokes back to one another. The little laughs and those quiet moments of serious talks. Thank you for everything, every lesson, every sacrifice and every moment you fought and keep going. Thank you grandma, you will always be my nana and you will always be in my heart. May you be at peace and happy.

Jill I cannot express how happy to be your little brother. You were always there when I needed help growing up and  you made sure that I had everything . As kids i remember you washed the dishes I dried them . I will always have you in my heart and your memory will live on forever  . You are pain free and I know that you will always be watching over me.  Love you sister god bless.  Your little brother Andrew
