John Edward Pruett

Born in Gid, Arkansas, the second son to Braiden & Audrey {Coleman} Pruett. He attended school in El Mirage.

He was the sole owner of Pruett’s Automatic Transmission in business for over 50 years before retiring to Payson, AZ, in 2015.

He is survived by his 4 daughters, Martha Beckstead {Phil}, Terrie Williams {Dean}, Debbie Cross {Bill} and Tonja Jacquemin {Terry}. His 5 grandsons, Jerimiah Jordan {Charlotte}, John Bernhardt, Dalyn Cross, John Tyler Jacquemin and Maximillian Jacquemin. His beloved granddaughter Sarah Cross. His 3 Great-Grandchildren Lucas, Jocelyn & Olivia Jordan. HIs Brothers Ray Pruett {Ann}, Jerald Pruett. Several nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by his parents, Brother Robert, Sisters Merle, Barbara & beloved grandson Timothy Jordan. Services will be held at the Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary 7924 N. 59th Avenue, Glendale, AZ on Saturday, March 25th @ 11:00am.
