A visitation for Johnny will be held Wednesday, October 19, 2022, and Thursday, October 20, 2022, both from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home (6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301). A funeral service will take place Friday, October 21, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church (2915 W Northern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85051).
