Kenneth Edward Poe, age 86, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024. He was born in Lincoln Park, Michigan on October 4, 1937. Ken graduated from Lincoln Park High School. He married Susan Andrews on January 31, 1987, in Phoenix, Arizona. Ken worked as a maintenance mechanic at Great Lakes Steel in Ecourse, Michigan for 15 years, Marathon Steel in Tempe, Arizona for 10 years and retired from Holsum Bakery in Phoenix, Arizona after 15 years. Ken was a member of Palmcroft Baptist Church and had a passion for camping and fishing. Ken was survived by his wife, Susan; two sons, Wayne (Kathy), David, stepdaughter Jennifer, stepson Kevin (Amy); seven grandchildren, Elizabeth (Sean), Christopher (Jennifer), Nicholas, Tayler, Mason, Connor, and Allyson; two great granddaughters Kayley and Briella. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Bob and Bill and his daughter Susan Denise.
A visitation will held at 10:30am on Friday September 20,2024 at Palmcroft Church 15825 N. 35th Ave Phoenix, Arizona, with funeral service to follow.
