Kimberly Rose Trocki, our beloved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece and friend, passed away on July 5, 2020 after a courageous 15 month battle with lymphoma. Despite the sudden and devastating effects of her disease, Kim was a positive and inspiring person who brought joy to others.
Born on April 8,1992 in Phoenix, Arizona to William and Andrea Trocki, she grew up in Peoria and Glendale. She graduated from Mountain Ridge High School and eventually found her calling as a National Account Manager with a top logistics company called GlobalTranz. She loved sharing her knowledge and helping others succeed. It was there that she met her fiancé, Michael (Goose) LaMorgese. Together they enjoyed running, hiking, working out, Marvel movies, and spending time with family and friends. They had just purchased their first house when Kim suddenly became ill. They were to be married on February 8, 2020, but unfortunately that was not possible due to her illness.
Kim also enjoyed music and going to shows, (especially if her brother was playing), sand volleyball, amusement parks, and vacations. She was funny, smart, kind, loud and fiercely loyal to her friends and family. We will always remember her radiant smile, beautiful blue eyes and big personality. Her presence in our lives will be greatly missed.
Kim was preceded in death by her Grandfathers Jose E. Martinez and John S. Trocki. She leaves behind her parents William and Andrea Trocki, fiancé Michael LaMorgese, brother Martin Welker, sister Danielle Arriaga (Carlos), sister Kristin Day (Devin) niece Jayden and nephew Preston, grandmother Nydia H Martinez, grandmother Katherine Poniske (David), aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
When you think of Kim, celebrate and be thankful for the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.
There will be a visitation for friends and family on Wednesday, July 15th, from 5-9 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, the funeral will be private.
