Merciful Father,
I place this beloved soul into Your loving hands.
As Lisa’s earthly journey comes to an end,
surround her with Your peace, Your mercy, and Your love.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You opened the gates of Heaven for us through Your Cross and Resurrection.
Forgive all her sins and receive Lisa into Your presence.
May Your holy angels come to meet Lisa and lead her into the light of Your heavenly kingdom.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for her now and at the hour of her passing.
Hold her close to your motherly heart
and guide her safely to your Son, Jesus.
Saint Joseph, patron of a happy death,
pray for Lisa and accompany her on her journey home.
May the angels lead you into Paradise.
May the martyrs come to welcome you
and lead you into the holy city, Jerusalem.
May the choirs of angels receive you,
and with Lazarus, who was once poor,
may you have eternal rest.
Eternal rest grant unto Lisa, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon her.
May her soul, and all the souls of the faithful departed,
through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

A Prayer Service will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church, 5614 W Orangewood Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, US, on August 28, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at the same location on August 28, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
Visitation will take place at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, US, on August 28, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A Committal Service will be held at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, US, on August 28, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
