Lona Jane Berkheimer

will have everlasting life, great happiness and be free of sickness and the fears of living here on Earth.

She was born in Phoenix, AZ, on August 21, 1944. She was predeceased by her parents, James A and

Phyllis Williams, and a younger sister, Elizabeth Williams.

Lona is survived by a very loving family: her husband, Fred Berkheimer Sr., and three sons, Chris A.

Williams and family of Litchfield Park, AZ, Lonnie R. Riddle and family of San Bernadino, CA, and

Fred Berkheimer Jr of Payson, AZ. She is also survived by her sister, Susan Durfee and family of

Payson,AZ.

She was a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She had 5 grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.

Lona lived life to the fullest, traveled throughout the United States and enjoyed cruises in the

Carribean.

It is with great sadness and a very large emptyness in my heart that I must say goodbye to my wife of

39 Y2years. I love you and will miss you every day.

Services to be held at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary 7924 S. 59th Avenue, Glendale, Arizona on March 13, 2015, Visitation 10am, Funeral Service 11am, Burial at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona 1:30pm
