Louis was the beloved son of Louis Rodriguez Sr. and Penny Perez. He is survived by his daughter, Julie, and sons, Patrick and step-son, Matthew. He also leaves behind his sisters, Lynda Figueroa, Cyndee Chavez, Jacque Ayala, April Williams, Kimberly Broyles, and his brother, Rick Mendoza. Louis was blessed with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Louis III, and his cherished pet dog, Mia.
In his personal life, Louis was passionate about fishing and was known as a people person. He was an avid fan of the Miami Dolphins. His adventurous spirit and hard-working nature were evident in his willingness to always help others.
A memorial service will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, located at 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, Arizona, 85301, on December 6, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to United Hospice, 2222 West Parkside Lane Unit 109, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
