

While in school, she was active in sports and was a member of the marching band and played at each football event at Cortez High School. She travelled with the band to places to compete, as well as representing. She loved playing pool and made a trip to Las Vegas yearly to compete. By golly, she ran the table.
She started working at an early age, until she began with Fry's Food Market for several years. Marguerita had an outgoing personality and made quick friendships with people. Everywhere she went she would see one of her friends. Co-workers loved her and expressed how she'll be greatly missed. They always knew when she came in to work, you could hear her across the store.
She is survived by her Dad and Mom, Boyd Warner Jr. (Navajo artist-painting) and Mary Warner; sister, Valerie and husband Rick Klein; her precious nephew Aaron M. Klein; all of Glendale. Aunties, Dr. Rena Yazzee; Tom and family of Newcomb, NM; Karmen Brown, husband Johnson and family of Kirtland, NM; Uncles, Lenny Henderson and family of Fort Defiance, AZ, Stanley Henderson of NM; great grandmother, Mary Henderson of Littlewater, NM; cousin, Betty Rose and family of Apache Junction, AZ and countless cousins of Shiprock, NM, Utah and Tuba City areas. She is also survived by her boyfriend, John Hagerty.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Benally Tso; paternal grandparents, Boyd Sr. and Ruth Warner. Her great Uncle Harry Benally, who was with the Navajo Code Talkjers, Uncle Sterling Henderson of Little Water, NM.
