The final out is made.

Regardless of the cost.

The turf is green forever now,

The sky is clear and wide.

The Great Umpire calls you safe,

With peace on every side.

A visitation will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona, on August 11, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am.

A committal service following the funeral service will take place at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona.
