He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on October 4, 1952 to the late Willis & Lucille Woodman.
Mark served in the United States Army from 1972-1975.
He worked various jobs over the years including over 15 years with Wells Fargo Bank.
Mark is survived by his sister Janiece (Ron) Saxon, brother Paul (Susan) Woodman, step-brother Walter (Shirley) Norris and numerous nieces & nephews.
His faith was very important to him; please join the family at Palmcroft Church, 15825 N 35th Avenue, Phoenix, on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 2PM for a celebration of life service honoring Mark.
Mark will be laid to rest on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 10:30AM with Military Honors at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Road, Phoenix.
