44 of Phoenix, passed away on October 11, 2010. Visitation will be Monday, October 18, 2010 5-8:00 P.M. at Green Acres Glendale Mortuary, 5830 W. Missouri Ave. in Glendale. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at the mortuary with burial to follow at West Resthaven Park Cemetery.
